Sign up by August 25 to ensure your child’s spot in this enriching program!

Why Choose ESCO’s Youth Leadership Program?

At ESCO, we believe in developing well-rounded individuals who excel not only in sports but also in their personal and community lives. Our Youth Leadership Program is designed to empower young athletes with the skills they need to become leaders both on and off the field.

What Your Child Will Gain:

• Leadership Skills: Through interactive workshops and hands-on projects, participants will learn essential leadership qualities that will benefit them in all areas of life.
• Community Involvement: Our program emphasizes the importance of giving back. Your child will participate in service projects that make a real difference in the community.
• Personal Growth: Led by Joe Bush, a seasoned leadership coach at Elk Grove High School and a certified group and one-on-one coach through the John Maxwell Team, our program offers a journey of self-discovery and personal development, helping your child build confidence and resilience.
• Teamwork and Collaboration: Participants will work together with peers, learning the value of teamwork, effective communication, and collaboration.
