ESCO’s Youth Leaders once again demonstrated the power of service and teamwork by organizing, coordinating, and donating 135 food baskets to the Wheeling Township Food Pantry as part of its annual Thanksgiving Food Drive. Through weeks of planning and hands-on effort, the youth leaders worked together to ensure local families would have everything they need to enjoy a special holiday meal this Thanksgiving.
Each basket was thoughtfully assembled with traditional holiday staples, helping ease the burden for families facing food insecurity while preserving the spirit and dignity of the season. This initiative directly benefits the Wheeling Township Food Pantry and the neighbors it serves, reinforcing ESCO’s ongoing commitment to supporting the local community.
This Thanksgiving Food Drive has become a meaningful tradition for ESCO’s Youth Leaders, reflecting their dedication to giving back and making a tangible difference close to home. Their continued efforts highlight how community support, especially during the holidays, can bring comfort, connection, and hope to families throughout the Wheeling area.
